Job Duties
- You will be responsible for assisting external Program Managers in performing and monitoring project related tasks.
- Attend project meetings with the team and document important milestones and requirements.
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of parts and maintain accurate reports. Monitor parts for multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain the project schedule and coordinate shipments while ensuring compliance with business requirements.
