About this job:
Educational psychologist in private practice working from home office, looking for assistance for administrative tasks. Job duties and desired skills listed below. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong English writing and speaking skills required (bilingual in Spanish is a plus). Competent in Microsoft Word (on Apple) and Google forms/calendar. Hourly wage from $20-$25/hr, depending on experience. 5-10 hours per week. Option to work some hours remotely.
Job Duties:
- Scanning and emailing documents.
- Sending emails to clients and school personnel.
- Communicating with clients by telephone.
- Sending forms via Adobe and following up on the return of forms.
- Scheduling with schools and parents.
- Some misc. tasks (e.g., shredding documents, helping with organization etc.)
Skills qualities wanted:
- Experience in communicating with others and remaining calm and rational with emotional clients and/or colleagues
- Efficient, organized, and friendly
- Proficient working on a MacBook, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Calendar, and Emails
- Able to create and utilize templates to send out forms to parents and teachers
- Effective at communicating with school staff for the purpose of scheduling my appointments
- Able to return calls and emails as related to sending/receiving documents and scheduling my appointments
