Remote within U.S. - Full Time
As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, efficient, and innovative Technical Support Representative. This role will be primarily a customer-facing technical customer support position, assisting / educating users as needed, and will capture and share customer perspectives with the rest of the Aidin team.
This role is a remote, full time position. Part-time hourly applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This role will report to the Director – Client Success. Some software and healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
What are you responsible for?
- Provide technical assistance and answers to users’ questions by fielding support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries about how Aidin software works
- Assist users by troubleshooting problems with the Aidin software or user process errors, which may include diagnostic tools and/or following verbal instructions
- Lead weekly new user training sessions for various user groups, as needed
- Track, summarize, and share customer issues and perspectives about the Aidin platform with the Operations and Product teams
- Ensure that all customers have a positive experience and interaction with the Aidin Support Team
- Bring enthusiasm to all new ideas, offer input, and execute quickly
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- Patient, pleasant, and professional with hospital and provider customers
- An excellent verbal and written communicator with interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to gain a deep understanding of the Aidin software, various use-cases, and potential challenges
- Able to explain technical and non-technical issues and solutions to clients who often have a limited technical understanding
- A self-starter with attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage time-sensitive requests, ask for help when needed, and produce results
- Experienced working with Zendesk, MS Office, Google Applications, and other web-based productivity tools, with ability to quickly learn an array of other applications
