Responsibilities to include but not limited to purchasing and inventory control tasks for food, and non-food items at competitive costs while maintaining quality standards. Data entry and system(s) maintenance. Assist Purchasing Department area(s) assigned.

Summary1. Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions
2. Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the end result
3. Recognize damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action
when discovered
4. Pull orders accurately as assigned
5. Coverage as needed
6. Ensure storeroom area is clean and organized
7. Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
8. Provide prompt and courteous customer service
9. Solve customer issues
10. Maintain stock
11. Rotate product
12. Maintain expiration date rotation
13. Maintain documents
14. Update product pricing
15. Confirm deliveries in agreement with purchase order
16. Monitor backorders and follow-ups
17. Prevent damages
18. Conduct inventory

20. Place orders
21. Keep records of incoming and outgoing materials

23. Ability to interpret, apply and adhere to all Jonathan Club policies and procedures

Physical Demands
1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
2. Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, on shelves
at various heights
3. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store/area
