Data & Ad Proofreader [United States]


 

PureRED is hiring a Data Proofreader on the weekly circular production team for a national grocery store player with multiple locations nationwide.

In this role, you'll review the client's promotional data and compare it to the ads that our Production Artists have put together. You'll work within your team to correct any errors before the final proofs are sent to the client for approval and then off to the printer. If you have been in a role where you've had to input and/or review a lot of alphanumeric data for errors, this may be the right role for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Consuming and processing information between our internal agency teams – this may be customer data, sales/promotional data, product images, etc.
  • $ads={1}

    Review and manipulate this data into format that can be used to produce campaign deliverables.
  • Proofread deliverables created by our internal production teams to ensure they are error-free, consistent, and accurate before submitting to client for review.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish daily tasks and meet assigned campaign deliverables.
  • Keep abreast of daily (or late) changes, rules, guidelines that would affect work product and campaign deliverables.

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proven ability to accurately edit/proofread documents, spreadsheets and images.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that changes quickly.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
