The Business Analyst is responsible for developing products by working with the product managers; generating product requirements; and determining specifications. They are also responsible for working with the support department to troubleshoot escalated issues as well as answering questions from various departments in the organization about the functionality of the application.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of, and help improve the customer experience.
- Help identify and fill product gaps.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Answer questions from various departments in the organization about the functionality of the application.
- Working with the support department to troubleshoot escalated issues.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure understanding of the desired functionality.
- Research complex issues and present ideas on possible solutions.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Two (2) Years work experience as a business analyst or related field
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently and effectively with cross functional teams across the organization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment.
- Computer Savvy with solid knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, Figma, and Pendo preferred.
