We are hiring a social media manager and content creator for our new Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Clinic in Lakeview.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in brand awareness, social media management, and content creation across multiple platforms. Experience, or knowledge, in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or dermatology is a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our new app, social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), create marketing content that aligns with our brand and values (e.g. photos, graphics, merch), and provide data reports to our leadership team.
A summary of additional responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of Fulcrum Aesthetics treatments, services and products
- Manage and respond to inbox/DM inquiries
- Grow our social media following, organically
- Maintain a consistent and positive presence across multiple media platforms
- Propose ideas for online promotions that align with our values and brand
- Create and manage social media partnerships, giveaways, contest winners, etc.
- Meet with our team members; provide assistance and feedback to help grow their business accounts
- Take photos of our trainings and business events
This position will require you to be on-site for meetings, trainings, education opportunities, events, content creation, and more (in-clinic, ~3-4 days a week)
